Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper material handling equipment.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to maintain safety.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
