Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Inspect received shipments for damage and verify contents against packing lists.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
