Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare orders for delivery with precision and adhere to all shipping guidelines and safety protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctual attendance record.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and documentation.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
