Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and restock inventory on warehouse shelves to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with packing orders for shipment and preparing shipping labels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and packaging.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
