Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Pack and label products securely for shipment to local and national clients.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping documentation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
