Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy to meet daily targetsOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
