Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and maintain high-quality output.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not required for this role.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
