Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count incoming stock and materials, recording inventory data accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to customers promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in organizing the warehouse floor, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting equipment malfunctions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
