Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized storage areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (OJT provided for qualified candidates)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
