Responsibilities
- Execute daily order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and scanning.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner using proper material handling techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
