Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile any inventory discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
