Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS.
- Package and label products securely for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
