Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, and stock merchandise to ensure warehouse organization and availability.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label orders for shipment using proper packaging materials to prevent damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the inventory control team immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
