Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory systems
- Collaborate with diverse teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in weekly performance reviews with bilingual supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid work permit or visa authorization
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- No prior warehouse experience required (training included)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Background clearance compliant
