Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to 4567 Supply Chain Drive
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends during peak seasons)
- Attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
