Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Load and unload trucks following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Inspect and sort returned products for restocking
- Keep work area clean and organized according to OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management
