Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package shipments according to company protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely loading/unloading
- Participate in quarterly safety drills and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to 123 Industrial Blvd
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
