Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet customer deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and updating inventory systems.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Inspect and operate material handling equipment (MHE) responsibly, reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail to prevent errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance is required.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members effectively.
