Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and report issues
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to 455 Innovation Way
- Background check and drug screening required
