Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and update inventory records to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company quality standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
