Responsibilities
- Manage inventory using WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with HSE regulations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and dock scheduling
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety protocols
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 25kg regularly and work 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid UK work permit
