Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and report damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Package and label products accurately for distribution and shipping.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
