Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Ensure all workstations adhere to strict safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick lists accurately.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
