Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming stock while maintaining organized storage areas.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and digital records related to inventory movements and shipment details.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not always required for urgent hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class B or C) is required for driving duties.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
