Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to specifications and timelines
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse conditions following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- No degree required – high school diploma or equivalent accepted
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
