Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in inventory audits and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- No degree required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery with proper training
- Valid ID and work authorization (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
