Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize inventory in warehouse racking systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with standing/walking for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park Road facility
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - we provide full training!
