Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided safety gear
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy using company-provided scanners
- Maintain inventory records and warehouse organization standards
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Follow OSHA safety protocols for material handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (not required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to complete paid equipment training
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
