Responsibilities
- Handle and organize inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification training provided)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- No degree required – high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Valid work authorization (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
- English proficiency (bilingual candidates encouraged)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
