Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and package products to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock using warehouse management software.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to ensure logistics schedules are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred (on-the-job training provided).
