Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock items to ensure accurate stock levels and easy retrieval.
- Verify merchandise against invoices and handle basic data entry with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of orders for local and national distribution.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
