Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment using various material handling equipment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
