Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and document discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with receiving shipments and quality control inspections
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No degree required – we provide all necessary training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license preferred (for equipment operation)
