Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
