Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to priority schedules
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
