Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper handling.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to streamline warehouse operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic English proficiency required for safety and communication.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
