Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks according to safety schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
