Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship operations efficiently using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and handheld scanners.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo safety and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the shift supervisor to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Basic English proficiency is required for safety communication and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
