Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility safely.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not mandatory for EB3 unskilled roles.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Language: Basic English proficiency required for safety communication.
- Documentation: Candidates must be eligible to apply for the EB3 Visa category.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the workplace.
