Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect, pack, and label products for domestic and international shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Reliable transportation to the Wichita facility.
- Basic computer skills for logging work hours and tasks.
