- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before packing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of inventory and shipping records using warehouse management software.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet operational targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
