Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package products securely for shipment to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanning devices.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for distribution and retail delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
