Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare and load outbound shipments efficiently.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged goods and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- License: Valid driver's license (for warehouse driving duties).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
