The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our inventory is managed efficiently and our shipping processes are seamless.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
