As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Process incoming shipments and verify inventory counts using handheld scanners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with scanning equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen.
