Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to verify quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
