The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. We value accuracy, speed, and safety above all else.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
