Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
