Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that products are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for defects and damages.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
