Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely with OSHA-certified training provided
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain 5S workspace standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills
- Proficient in RF scanning systems or inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
